Where you have a parent product with different options that result in different prices, you either have to set a fixed price at the parent level, or you can select the "Show lowest multi level price as selling price on website". Either way you are not accurately reflecting that there are a range of prices for different options and you are leading the consumer to believe there is only one price. This is misleading.
