Remove product from customer's wish list automatically if it is purchased

I have a bunch of items in My Wishlist but after I buy them it's pretty hard to remove them. It would be great if users could do this easier. Perhaps when users add the to the Bag/Checkout it could be removed, or at least provided the option. Alternatively a checkbox on the My Wishlist. Easy tracking of wish list items
