Stocktake ALL Skus

We need to perform a complete stocktake but Neto stocktake will only allow us to enter in 150 items per stocktake. We need to be able to stocktake all SKU's otherwise stocktake is pointless. What is the beneifit of solving this problem? Able to complete stocktake for EOFY and ensure stock levels are correct.
