Web / Ebay Order Notification through POS

I use Neto POS and I also deal with web & eBay orders. My problem is that when employees are using POS they have no idea when an online order has been made. My staff don't have access to Neto control panel and therefore I need them to know immediately when an order outside of POS has occurred - so that they can remove the items from sale in the shop. I would like some sort of notification to appear in POS (including a notification sound). At present, I use the BCC function to notify me of an order. It is cumbersome as in order to see the order, I have to open the attachment. My employees have to remember to check the emails and if they don't remember, there is the risk of selling the same item twice.
