To calculate shipping cost and ETA for multiple warehouses based on warehouse st

Currently, if a merchant has multiple products across multiple warehouses, and would like to change the shipping cost to be based on the closest warehouse, it's not possible to dynamically change the shipping cost based on stock availability/customer location. Merchants will be able to be more competitive with their shipping costs, resulting in more potential sales.
