Order from POS to Control Panel to go through as Tax Exclusive Option

We use NETO POS for our sales reps. Our invoices always are GST excl, however whenever we receive the order from our reps via POS they come through as Tax INCL. The admin team in our office them have to open each of these order and set to tax excl. We are wanting to avoid double handling of orders.
