Allow full suite of payment methods in My Account area

When a customer's order fails (i.e. technical issue or otherwise), and they were paying via Zip/AfterPay or PayPal, they are forced to complete the order via MyAccount and pay with credit card, or our team is required to process the order manually. When creating quotes, customers are limited to pay via the credit card method.
