Automatically added a surcharge of 1.5% on credit card payment for our wholesale

When we receive payments by credit card directly by wholesale customers the 1.5% surcharge credit card payment is included in the payment, can you please have a look and see what we need to do to ensure that all further payments made by our wholesale customers include this 1.5% surcharge. We receive the 1.5% surcharge.
