I would like Neto to be able to automatically split an order into separate orders when the items are in multiple warehouses when the order is entered via the cpanel.�I am aware this functionality exists for orders taken via the webstore, so it is just adding the functionality to orders entered via the cpanel that is required.
This would resolve the issue we face when customers issue us with purchase orders for items from separate warehouses but require us to issue them with one invoice. Currently we have to break their order apart and enter the items separately into the required warehouses, generate the separate invoices and then merge those separate invoices in our accounting software to raise the invoice. This is a time consuming practice and fraught with danger of errors occurring either in the order splitting practice or invoice merging.
