Hi Joe,

Have you looked at our GraphQL API? I believe that it provides the capability you need.

If you look at the Contacts API, you'll see that you can pull contacts based on created-at date range and also updated-at date range.

If you're not familiar with our GraphQL API, please reach out to your CS Manager who can walk you through the specifics.
