I've set this to "Seeking More Info" because we're looking at how best to implement. Also, I'm curious about the difference between the LTV we calculate and Optimove's. Has that been looked at?

Kyle: LTV was only an easy-to-conceptualize example of how we believe Optimove would be value-add. That said, the difference is that the LTV calculation in Optimove would be predictive versus the actual LTV calculations we have on contacts in Maropost already. Said another way: Optimove would help us predict how much a new contact _will_ buy, based on their model and the data we provide to it.
