My customer selected Local Pickup so paid no shipping. They live overseas and subsequently paid for shipping. How do I edit the order or create a new no-cost order so it exports to the shipping service?

To modify the status of an order, navigate to the order page and select "On Hold/Edit".
Once on this page, you have the option to select a shipping method and enter payment information, which will adjust the total amount of the order.
You can do so without recalculating the shipping cost if you need to apply an international shipping method. Simply enter the amount paid for shipping. However, please note that if the payment has already been processed through the gateway, there may be an issue recording the payment on the new order list page. In such cases, you may not have access to the correct option for recording the payment.
