Is it possible to add additional columns to the SALES ORDERS list? My staff would like to see if a quote has been emailed to a customer and also to show a custom order field in a column?

Yes, there are some third party solutions to this using browser extensions. It will require some custom development but certain things like custom fields can be done pretty easily. Reach out to Scott Marett, scott@otustechnologies.com.au
