Here are some key points to help you explore the community.
1. Begin searching for a solution in Maropost Galaxy.
- Go to Maropost Galaxy home page. You can also search from the top bar on the Community page.
- Enter your question and see if similar posts have already been asked in the community or if a help article might be related to your question.

2. Explore Community Posts
- Choose the product or any topic by interest or scroll down to ‘Your Feed’.
- To reply to new posts, select ‘Sort by’ as ‘Latest Posts’.
- To view a post's recent replies/responses, select ‘Sort by’ as ‘Most Recent Activity’.

3. Stuck somewhere and couldn’t find a suitable solution?
- Just click 'Ask a question' and post your query so others can help you.

4. Subscribe to the latest posts in the community.
- Hit the ‘Follow’ button below the ‘Ask A Question’ button and select your desired preference to stay updated.
- Make sure to add support@maropost.com and community@maropost.com to your safe sender email list.
5. Found a solution to a question you asked or a similar query that you faced?
- Mark the answer as best so everyone can know that this is the best solution to the query.

- The selected answer will be shown on Top and highlighted in green.
