Although Sendle is a great option, we found limitations on parcel size, we also figure out after speaking with our eParcel Account Rep that our eParcel Rates are actually pretty good compared to Sendle. Would have been good to use Sendle but it doesnt yet fit our model.

I tried sendle, but not having same day pickup was a pain. so to organize a Monday pickup I had to login over the weekend. Then on Monday I found that some orders were given to a different courier and still not picked up till tuesday. The advantage I have as an Australian seller as opposed to eBay out of china is speed of delivery. As much as I loathe Australia post, the consistency is what I need. But I do agree, the rates are great and if your starting out and don't have the volume for eparcel it's a great option

I'm having trouble seeing how Sendle is beneficial. I ship worldwide also and Sendle does not have international shipping yet. So that would mean shipping Aus orders with Sendle and International with Aus Post. Also, Aus Post click and Send with the Business250 discount of 10% is about the same as Sendle for a 500gram satchel, so for me its not beneficial at all. I need to get enough volume for eparcel.

I would love to use sendle but their service to some parts of regional Queensland is infrequent hence the reason we've had to stay with same day Auspost pickup.
