Does anyone else have support tickets in NetoHQ missing content? I only have ticket information with subject and references to other case numbers but no actual description field with content of the actual problems?
I submitted a ticket yesterday in the new system, and the details now appear in tiny font on the bottom right of the page (My Cases > My Open Support Cases). However, the attachment I added never made it to the support rep. His response to me also isn't listed under the ticket, so maybe Neto Support aren't actually using the new system yet? Regardless, it's a little broken.
I presume it could be a case of New System and Old Method of Support being by email. Will see how this progress over time. Thanks Erik.
