I have no problems with a single variation, but I need to have three, for example size, colour & style!

If you only uploaded those three fields, the product will be inactive. Try removing the 'Active' filter in the product list (in your control panel) and you should then be able to mark it as active. You'll need to do this to the child products as well.
Alternatively, add a column to your csv file called 'Active' and put the value 'Y' in each row, then import the file again.
Also there's something I overlooked in my screenshot. At the end of each list of specifics, add a semi-colon (;) to indicate the end of the line.
Can you please send the csv file through to our support team, so that they can take a look and try uploading it as well?
I've just run the import on your site and the child products are now showing the specifics correctly. May have been a setting int he import wizard, as I just used the defaults. If you want to try again, delete these products and give the import another go.
