Control Panel Order Entry, Order Lines - Stock Availability improvements

Hello,

We have orders being regularly entered via the Control Panel. Recently, a product was oversold because the quantity displayed reflects #on hand (not available stock) AND no warning messages present alerting staff to overselling.

This needs to be modified urgently to ensure this risk can be mitigated. The best solutions would be to:

have the Available Quantity display in brackets after the Warehouse on the Order Line, and/or
A warning messages should appear, like that which appears in the Webstore ("ALLOW_NOSTOCK_CHECKOUT" setting).

Could you please review this and update urgently.
