Is there a way to regularly back up our website on Neto, all the data and the images??

We recently imported some data to change our pricing and a LOT of our images are not displaying and im not sure if they have been deleted or not. (have put a support ticket in)

If the site data and images can be backed up on a weekly basis this may help in the future if this happens again.

Not directly, but Neto does support scheduled exports. I use these to send CSV exports of critical data (products & customers) to an FTP server every week.

You can also ask Neto support for FTP access to your website, and then use any good FTP client to run scheduled backups of your images.

Exports are great for scheduled backups of product, customer, and order data as Eric has said. FTP is the way to go to back up all of your site, including website theme files, banner images, and other assets, which can't be included in an export.

You can request FTP access with the link in the below article, and there's some info there as well on how to connect using Filezilla.
