"title": "Permitted SMS Sending Hours",
"description": "Users can now configure SMS sending windows based on legally permitted hours, setting start and end times for when SMS campaigns are allowed to be delivered to help stay compliant with local SMS regulations. Users can choose between Campaign or Contact timezone-based sending hour options, with a default window of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM customizable in 30-minute intervals, plus a Reset Times to Default option to quickly revert to the original timeframe."

"title": "Campaign Scheduling and Timezone Controls",
"description": "When setting up an SMS campaign, users can now select a Recipient Timezone field if Campaign Timezone-based sending is enabled, making it easier to plan delivery at specific hours regardless of audience timezones. The system defaults to the timezone in the user's profile but allows adjustments. If a send window falls outside permitted hours, an alert displays with options to Pause Delivery (default) or Send Anyway with a compliance warning. Journey SMS and transactional sends continue to deliver regardless of permitted hour restrictions."
