"description": "Marketing Cloud now adopts the Unified Product navigation structure, replacing the previous channel-centric Classic menu. Key characteristics include a single persistent left-hand navigation panel, functional domain grouping within the Marketing menu ecosystem (Campaigns, Acquisition, Automation, Content, etc.), conditional visibility based on subscription level and enabled modules, crown indicators for subscription-restricted features, and the Dashboard remaining the default landing page in both experiences."

"title": "Navigation Pathway/Flow Updates",
"description": "Marketing Cloud's navigation has been reorganized into clearer functional areas while maintaining the same underlying capabilities. Analytics is now a dedicated top-level menu with standardized reporting paths. Campaigns now separates messaging channels (email, SMS, transactional email/SMS, campaign tags) into distinct routes. Acquisition remains largely unchanged. Contacts and Audience consolidates the Classic Audience section into a unified contacts domain, with Preference Management moved under Content, Brand Management moved into Settings, and Cleansing Rules moved to Settings > Contacts. Automation remains largely unchanged. Content tools are standardized under a single content menu, with Product Recommendation moved to the Products menu. Archives is no longer standalone and now sits under Settings > Connections. Social and Integrations remain accessible as top-level items."
