Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out with your question around this functionality - Being able to update loyalty on products in bulk.

If you’re looking to adjust the loyalty ratio across multiple products, this can be done using our CSV mass download and upload tool. The loyalty ratio field can be included in your export and then mapped back in during the import to apply your changes in bulk.

To include this field in your export:

Go to the Inventory > Product Management > Mass Download feature
Use the column picker to Locate Other Settings & Details
Enable the “Loyalty Ratio” column
Export All or just Visible Columns depending what else you may need.

Once exported, you can update the values in your CSV and re-upload the file to apply the changes.
