Split staff user permissions for read and write product pages

We have specific staff to manage products. Sales and Warehouse staff need to view product info in CPanel but should not be able to modify them. Separating read/write privileges is a pretty standard feature for user permissions and I hope this will be implemented.

Where it makes sense, each of the existing permissions should be available as a "read/write" or "read" option.
