We’ve attempted to call the contact phone number listed but haven’t been able to get through, so we’re reaching out via email instead.
We would like assistance removing the “ex VAT” text that appears next to our product prices on the website when signed into a Wholesale account. We are not VAT registered, so this wording is not applicable to our business and may cause confusion for customers.
We are only looking to remove the visible “ex VAT” label from the front-end display — no changes to pricing structure or tax logic are required.
Could you please advise the correct way to remove this, or make the change for us if this needs to be handled at your end?
