Please use the guidelines below to keep this a positive, engaging place for customers, users and staff of Maropost to share knowledge and learn new skills.
Improving Discussions
We welcome everyone to improve the discussion by looking around at the ones already happening. Please browse the topics before starting your own - you may have a chance to meet others who share your interests or learn new skills!
Be respectful of the topics and people discussing them, even if you disagree with what has been said. If you're not sure your post adds to the conversation, please review whether it's best to share it.
Dos and Don'ts
- DO make sure you post your question in the right category
- DO be detailed - the more information you can provide the more likely other customers and users can help you
- DO ask for help if you need it - our moderators can reach out and provide you with contact details to make sure your question is answered
- DO keep it clean, respect each other, and respect our forum.
- DON'T post your question more than once - if you accidentally post your question in the wrong category our moderator will be able to move it
- DON'T advertise your business or services
- DON'T give out your personal details
Be Kind
You may disagree with something that has been said, and that's fine, but ensure you are not criticising the person. Please avoid:
- Name-calling
- Responding to a post's tone instead of content
- Overly negative or unhelpful comments
What tools are there for participation?
Our community allows for upvoting discussions, replying to questions, subscribing to topics or questions, flagging content for a moderator to review, and badges for activity on the site.
We welcome you to use these tools to improve your own experience and everyone else's too.
What do I do if I encounter offensive content?
If there is a comment or post that offends you please flag it for our moderator to review. We will take a look and remove the offending content if necessary.
