1. Update your Profile
Personalise your profile to add some fun and help build a stronger network.
To update your profile, navigate to the "My Galaxy Profile" page (accessed by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner of the page).
Make sure to include:
- A profile picture
- Where you're from
- A little about yourself
- Your Job Title
2. Search before starting a new topic
Chances are there might be an article or an existing post that will help you. The search bar at the top of the page is a global search and will let you view articles and community discussions. If you're unable to find what you're looking for, click the blue "Ask A Question" button to create a post.
3. Share your knowledge
The community is here for us to help each other - don't be afraid to ask a question or share your own experience. If someone else has asked a question and you have an answer - please make sure to post your response! By sharing with each other, we can collectively build and grow.
4. Please be detailed
The more information you can provide when you post a question the more likely we will be able to assist you. The community allows you to add images to your post, however, we do recommend that you never share any private information. This is a public forum, and we reserve the right to edit or delete posts with sensitive information.
5. This is a positive community
We encourage our users to browse the site and ask questions, however, please refrain from asking the same question on several topics. This can cause confusion or affect the experience of other users. Instead, please be patient, or contact our Support Team if you have any queries. If you encounter any content that is inappropriate, please flag it for our moderators. Have you got an idea for us?
