Hi all,
For some reason, orders made through our child webstore are coming through into the parent with an order status of "Pick". This is an issue because our warehouse misses the orders. The orders should be coming through with a status of "New".
This might just be an import issue and something to chat directly to Neto Support about, but I thought I'd just check we aren't missing an easy setting to correct it.
Any help appreciated!
