There is currently no way to export the "Default Customer Instructions" field. We have 1,000's of customers and can't check them individually to shortern the content as our integrated freight company has a shorter field and they are getting truncated.
Advanced export for instance does not provide the ability. And Support says they can't do it either which I find baffling as they own the database …
All fields a user can enter data into MUST be exportable or reportable - crazy this isn't the case.
