Ebay Listing Revisions and Error 38

Recently noticed the error below when manually revising a product listing to ebay.

Error 38: Your application encountered an error. This request is missing required value in input tag <ShippingService>. (####) Cannot revise eBay Listing #### on eBay.

Further checking shows that even automated revisions were failing because of this same error. Price changes and stock levels aren't being pushed to ebay.

Neto documentation says error 38 is related to international shipping not having the countries selected. I don't ship internationally!

Support are "looking into it" but in the meantime I'm hoping someone here may have had this issue before and might know how to resolve it

Other merchants have reported this too and it is apparently a known issue. I don't think there's anything you can do, just hope that you hear back from support once they've fixed it.

For reference this issue is still ongoing. One month after initially notifying Neto support.

And no further information on the fix other then "1 to 2 weeks for patching and testing" in an email on the 7th of January.
