When I refund a customer it would be good to be able to bring up refunded orders, as the only option is cancelled and it isnt really a cancelled order
You could try posting it in the Ideas section, where it will die a slow, painful death with all the other ideas:

I'd suggest asking for an order filter for RMA'ed orders rather than a whole new status, it's much more likely to be implemented.
