I have bigger customers that will by 10+ items on a single order. They will create a quote so that i can then apply adhoc bulk discounts or freight charges different to what Neto has calculated.
When i update the quote with the correct pricing the customer gets notified of the quote change and can also see it in their customer portal of ourstanding quotes, but there is no option for them to then accept or convert that quote to an order.
I would think that a customer should be able to log into their portal and view any of their quotes and convert it to an order all by themselves?
