Order in Catch has payment come through 2 days ago and seems to be stuck in 'pending fraud check' status. Is now overdue for sending and need to be able to move this to 'pick' status but it won't budge, help !

Catch orders should update automatically once Catch completes the fraud check. If you have instances of orders that aren't updating can you please report them to the customer support team so that they can investigate?
