Doc's in Pick'n Pack print at 1/4 size on A4

Hi All,

If I use the Pick'n Pack on my desktop it prints the tax invoice as expected but when I print from the the scanner (iphone7) it prints the whole invoice in the top, left quarter of the A4 page.

Printer = Brother 8900 (also tried Brother 9460)

scanner = Lineapro7i

How can I get the Document to print full size to A4?

Yep, in your control panel go into Settings & tools > All settings & tools.

Click on Pick'n Pack settings.

The very last setting is called Pick'n Pack print document page size. Set this to A4.

Could be a bug, so best to raise it with the support team so one of the experts can test and investigate further.
