Is it possible to edit or create a custom order status? (ie we have On Hold, Pack, Pick etc - can i create my own to park certain orders in until i deal with them instead of On Hold? )
Order status can't be edited, and there's no facility to create a custom order status. Are there steps in your order processing workflow that aren't accommodated by using On Hold to park orders?
A custom order status would be amazing. Just a bit more organised.
Also the point of creating a new order for an RMA IS to tie up the stock. If a customer is exchanging a shoe for a different size, we don't want to sell that shoe as then we will no longer be able to exchange it.
