Can you redirect a customer to a different after registering an account?

I have two sites, I aim to have customers who register as wholesale customer for one site to be redirected to the other site. When they fill out all the details on the one site and click 'Register' they are redirected to the other site where it'll show "Registration Complete". Is this possible?

Are these two completely separate Neto sites? Having them work together could be extremely complex. Can you explain in a broader sense what you want to achieve?
