My customer's zip code entered into a cpanel order is not recognized by Neto, but is correct. Verified by post office. I can't process the order if Neto thinks the zip is incorrect. Is there any way to override this issue?
What's the zip code you're trying to use? I can try a few things to see if I can get it to work.
From what I can see, Australia Post doesn't seem to recognise the postcode: https://auspost.com.au/postcode/6553.
What suburb is this for?
No luck so far, I think the zip code database might be out of date. I'll ask our engineers to look into it, and see if we can update it pronto.
Unfortunately this can now be considered a persistent issue for us. 10 customers in the less than 2 weeks we've been up and running on Neto have not been able to use their correct zip code. I believe they've all been PO Box addresses.
If you haven't already can you please report this with our customer support team with some example orders? The more instances of an issue there are, the higher priority of the fix.
