We would like customers to be able to add credit/reduce unpaid/ (even pay against outstanding invoices) at POS. At the moment, we can add credit to a customers' account in _cpanel to reduce their unpaid balance, and customers can settle outstanding invoices online through My Account, but there's no way to add credit/reduce their unpaid balance if they walk into the store and want to use their Visa/Mastercard to do so. Having the further ability to replicate the My Account invoice payments would be great, but at least being able to add credit/reduce unpaid would be a nice first step. Some of our customers use a 'christmas club' type credit account where they add money to their accounts for future use.
