We often have customers, both in-store and online, who can’t remember using their vouchers and want to know how they were redeemed. Since our vouchers have no expiry date, this happens quite frequently.
Currently, when a customer provides their voucher code, it’s difficult for us to search and confirm what it was spent on, as the Vouchers & Rewards section has very limited search options.
It would be extremely useful to have receiver name and voucher code available as filters, so we can easily search this section and quickly identify how and when a voucher was used.
