Shipping to the USA, and the new Australia Post Zonos duty payments

What is Maropost / Neto doing with the new Tariff payments required by the USA?

Australia Post wants businesses to implement the ZONOS payment system for duty payments at source before we ship.

That means we need to add various duties and Zonos handling fees that will differ depending on Country of Origin of the goods.

We ship often to the USA, but CofO can be Spain, Italy, Australia, China, Taiwan etc etc, and all of those in the one consignment!

Is Maropost working on a solution for this?

I have same question.
I've set up a Zonos Dashboard Lite account as recommended by Australia Post but Maropost/Neto is not listed in their ecommerce platform list.
Australia Post are working to have ready by 25 Sep.

I think the tricky bit is going to be on the Neto back end though. We need Maropost to find a way to add to a product (viewed by our US customers) the appropriate Duty/Tariff based on it's CofO, and the Zonos handling fee, and make that visible to the US customer so there is no surprises at Checkout or after.

One consignment of 4 articles, may have four different Country of Origins and four different dutiable rates on those products, so how the hell are we going to solve that.

I think the Aust Post part of it might be the simplest bit. Lets see if we get any sort of reply.
