Meet your new all-access login experience: Maropost Identity. It is a unified login portal that provides you access to various Maropost products and services through Single Sign-On (SSO).
Launching on June 26, 2025, Maropost Identity will, in the future, replace your current login. The legacy login will keep working until you’ve made the switch. While you’ll have ample time, we recommend adopting the Identity login right away to take advantage of the simplified login experience.
Note: Neto partners will still use the legacy login for the time being. Maropost Identity for partners will be available in the coming days. Please keep an eye out for future announcements.

Setting up your Maropost Identity Account

Note: You can link your Neto account access to an existing Maropost Identity account even if the email address is different. The new email address will then be used as your login credential as well as for any communication from Maropost.
To sign up for a new Identity account, do the following:
- Log in to your Neto Control Panel using your current login credentials.
- Click the Sign Up to Maropost Identity button on the banner.
- Read and agree to the consent message, and then click Okay to proceed.
- On the account creation page, the email, first name, and last name fields are pre-populated. You can update them as required. Enter the password you want to set for your account and click Sign Up.
Note: If you enter a different email address than the existing one, your email address will be updated to the new one.
- You’ll be redirected to set up multi-factor Authentication (MFA).
Note: Remember to save your recovery codes.
- You’ll see a confirmation message indicating successful account creation. Click Done.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
- Will I be automatically migrated even if I don’t opt in?
No. You must create a new Maropost Identity account or link to an existing account if you have one already. - Will the old Neto login credentials be deprecated?
Yes, eventually — but not right away. You’ll have enough time to switch to Maropost Identity. We will support both legacy and Identity logins for an extended period to ensure a smoother transition. - Can I use an existing Identity account?
Yes, absolutely. If you already have a Maropost Identity account, you can link your Neto account to it with just a few clicks. - Can I use a different email address?
Yes. You can update your email address when you create a new Maropost Identity account and when you link a Neto store to an existing Maropost Identity account. - Can I use the same Maropost Identity access across multiple Neto stores?
Yes. You can use a single Maropost Identity account by linking it to the Neto stores that you want to access. - Will my Maropost Identity password expire after 90 days, similar to the current Neto logins?
No. Maropost Identity passwords will not expire, and you will not be required to update your password. - Does Identity support MFA?
Yes. Multi-factor authentication is supported, and you’ll be required to set up MFA when you sign up for your Maropost Identity account.
