I would like to run a report to see which customers received a specific serial number. Can someone assist?

@Erik Merkley? Not that I have a reason to filter on serial number myself yet (and that i'm still bending my head around them), but in @Felipe Favaro?'s scenario he might need to find serial numbers that begin with or contain a specific sequence of characters.
Possible scenarios for this need might include a product recall - where a known range of serials is affected, and the business using Neto is being proactive to identify and reach out to affected customers.
If part of the serial number was entered in that field (say ABC123), do you know if it would show all records containing ABC123, or would it only show results which were an exact match?
Yep that will work, all text fields on the order filters support partial matching. Prefix with ^ to force an exact match.?
