Photos on website not showing on Phones

Hi everyone

we have a issue- we have a stack of products with photos on our website , but when you look at the website with a phone the photos do not show up under the products?

i am just wondering if its the type of phot uploaded ie JPG , Webfile etc

Most modern browsers and mobile devices can display these formats without issues. Large image files can take longer to load, especially on mobile networks. You can optimize your images for the web by compressing them without sacrificing too much quality.

 

Also, have you tested the website on various mobile devices and browsers to see if the issue is consistent or specific to certain configurations? Please make sure to cross-check with common mobile browsers like Safari (iOS), Chrome (Android), and others. Sometimes, certain features may behave differently across different browsers.
