In the rewards program, is there a way to rename points/ pts to another word?

Our reward program have a theme, and I would like to make a fill for it all across the areas and not just with graphics.

I would like to rename the points to Drops so in the email that customer receives and at the my account page the customer will see the points as drops.

 

Any ideas how I can change it?

The details under "My Account" are controlled by the setup of the rewards program itself. Go to Marketing > Voucher/reward program and edit your rewards program. Set the Title and Subtitle as you'd like. The only parts hardcoded in the template are the titles "Rewards Earned" and "Vouchers and Rewards" which I guess won't bother you.

 

The email template can also be customized. Go to All settings & tools and search for Email templates. Click Reward Program Notifications and you can then edit the default template.
