How to change text on home page!

This seems crazy simple .... but i simply cant see where i edit the main description text on teh home page??

Also where can i set the seo title for the home page? Thanks

Follow the menus Webstore > Web page

You'll see a list of all the pages, Home should be in there.

Click on it to edit, SEO is at the bottom of the page.
