Where can i edit the Afterpay text that appears next to the price on the products page? I cant seem to find where its being generated from. ?

The text on the product page that says "4 payments of $xx.xx" comes from the Afterpay 3rd party script. You'll find it in settings & tools > All settings & tools > 3rd party scripts. Open the Afterpay script, and check the "Product Page (Under buying options)" tab.
