We often get their house or unit number on Address line 1, then their street name and type on address line 2 = manual work to fix it up. Are their any solutions to this?
Unfortunately there's not much you can do. The best solution to this would be Australia Post address validation but that would take significant work on Neto's end. Address validation can also be pretty expensive. You could post it on the ideas forum, I'm surprised there isn't something similar already (at least not that I can see).

Thanks Erik. I was hoping there was something other than AusPost validation
I?m hearing you. We had the same issues and simply removed Address Line 2 from the code on the relevant pages, e.g. Wholesale Registration Form, Edit My Contact Details Tab etc, so the customer didn?t have the option to split the address. This has helped enormously, as we no longer get Suburbs or Street Addresses entered in the wrong field on forms. Instead, all the street info goes into Address Line 1. This means that on the odd occasion you may get something like: "Building A, Tower 2, 999 Some St" all in the one field. If you can live with that, it works well and avoids the situation you have listed above, and in doing so, saves a lot of editing time.
Keetrax now has an addon that will pull the data from Google but it's not that cheap ($24) a month. The one negative to this is that the customer can manually change the data and add what they like to that first line. I do like the idea of removing the 2nd line. Thanks for the suggestion, Brendan.
