We recently got this feedback on our checkout process:
"phone number entry was a nightmare! Sort out the programming of the website by either specifying the format or providing a description of the required format for landline or mobile numbers"
Can the format of the phone number field on checkout be changed to a number field so when a customer is shopping on a mobile device they no not get the keyboard popup when entering their phone number.
