Currently the order delay is tracked from the time the order is placed, we would want to track how long orders take to process from the time they move to Pick until they are shipped.
Orders can be delayed for payment/fraud check which does not give an accurate picture of warehouse performance.
Would also be ideal to factor in work hours so the delay is only calculated on hours the business is operating.
