Idea:
To allow site owners to have access to a Dev/Test/UAT environment for their site; for the purpose of testing and validating changes before they are released into production and unleashed on customers.
Problem/use case it would solve:
Allow users the opportunity to fully validated changes and enhancements before performing these in an environment which could potentially affect revenue streams and sales.
Current workarounds:
Themes are the only things which can be previewed without impacting a live site.
In order for someone to put other types of changes for their website through a rigorous testing and validation process, they would essentially need to buy a whole separate Neto instance.
And depending on the plugins and tools they're using, the cost of buying a whole separate instance - for something they may only need to use 1-2 times a month - can be quite prohibitive.
At the moment, the only testing that can be done without impacting the operation of a site is to view a theme in preview mode.
