When running a promotion (i.e. free shipping on orders over $75) and a customer buys something that is $80 but uses a 20% discount, they end up spending $64 in store and aren't eligible for free shipping. However, Neto looks at the subtotal value, not the grand total and therefore qualifies them for free shipping, even though they didn't spend over $75 in store. Update the value that is looked at to qualify for a promotion to bebasedon the grand total, once coupons/promotions have been applied, rather than the subtotal which is the pre-promotion/coupon total.
